TV not working is a big problem! Bath faucet leaks, bathroom door doesn't close, bed has broken springs.

Drove 10 hours to be with our brother who had just had a stroke and in Christ Hospital down the road. For what we paid for two nights I would say that was a ripoff for the room. No fridge no microwave no chairs for family when they came to get us to the hospital. Only two bath towels for two people that's crazy. At home I use two towels just for me. Highly disappointed.
