My air in my room wasn't working correctly. Had to turn on 89 just to get it where it would blow warm air instead of cold. My toilet wouldn't flush correctly even after I had to take the back off and fix a tubing that came out.

Customer support misled me while making my reservation.They did not identify themselves as a third party ,taking reservations for Brent House even though they were asked several times if they were the hotel desk reservations. They demanded full payment with the reservation and misled me about what discount I was eligible to receive. Upon arrival, the front desk disavowed any claim for immediate payment upon reservation, quoted a senior discounted price lower than the prepaid pricing and could not adjust because it had been prepaid as directed.

The hotel is quite nice. It is such a comfort to know we are a short walk away from our destination medical facility. Amenities are above and beyond what we expected, as nice as the upper end more expensive hotels. Several food venders are easily accessible and parking is a breeze. Can't thank them enough for the pleasant late night check in service.

It is so nice to be able to stay in a hotel that is connected to the hospital where your children are being taken care of and not have to leave the premises unless you want to. It is peaceful and quiet and I would highly recommend it.

This is our preferred hotel anytime my hubby has to be admitted. The front desk staff, housekeeping staff, as well as maintenance staff are all kind and helpful. We get the room with the king bed. Our room is ALWAYS spotless and comfy. Definitely a 10/10 for us.
