Stay was disappointing. The desk staff was not friendly during the check in. The room didn't seems very clean for our stay. There also seemed to be an issue with the HVAC. we had it set for 68 and the room was burning up all night making the stay much more undesirable. Will definitely be avoiding in the future.

Recreational amenitites include an indoor swimming pool, newly renovated health club and indoor Jacuzzi. With our on site restaurant, Ganders, you are able to come enjoy our personalized service at your table. Our banquet facilities can accommodate a meeting from 2 people up to 300. With state of the art AV equipment, complimentary wireless internet service,phone service in all meeting rooms and on site catering we are able to personalze a meeting that works best for you. A complimentary airport shuttle is available for all guests. We are located 15 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids and are close to all Grand Rapids Area attractions and expressways.
