Not one of the better Red Roof Inns. The toilet seat was broken and the lights above the bed were dirty on top. I reserved three days but five days before I got there things changed and I only needed to stay for two days. There was plenty of notice for that to happen. They didn't allow it because their excuse was we are totally booked so we can't allow that. Makes absolutely no sense because I wasn't asking to stay an extra day. I was asking for one less day which would not affect the vacancy of the place. They had me put down a $59 deposit which is refundable and for some reason they only refunded $50. I was by myself in the place was immaculate when I I will not stay at that Red Roof Inn ever again.

Property Description

We are a renovated RedRoof Inn located in the center of Hilton Head Island. We offer several types of rooms. We offer standard kings and doubles, business kings, Deluxe doubles, Handicap rooms, and suites. We have a restaurant onsite caleed Stakes Pancakes ( open for breakfast and luch only) that offers our guest 10% off. We do offer cont. breakfast from Labor Day to Memorial Day. We are the only Pet friendly hotel on Hilton Head that does not charge a fee. We offer free wifi, 24 hour coffee in the lobby and a free USA Today newspaper. We are 2 miles from the beach and 1 mile from shopping. We would love to be your hotel choice for beautiful Hilton Head Island.
