"Welcoming but on the inside lacks."
Overall Score3.0/ 5
Upon entering, we were greeted by one of the best front desk staff, her name was Emily. We asked for extra towels and it was brought up in an orderly fashion. The room lacked a view and the cost of the room was way too high. One of the drawers didn't open, it was very hard to find the remote, there was no hbo on the tv. In rooming dining was none existent, I still don't know were the phone was in the room. The light to the A/C unit was so bright. The noise coming from the other room and the noise from the over head planes kept us up. The coffee in the morning was not great and the spread was very weak. I feel that there needs to be more lights or less lights and more a music in lobby just a warmer feeling, it feels very cold. In the room towards the pool I feel like better lighting and maybe heeling zen spa with a fragrance in the air would do the trick and some led lighting to enhance the room. One big complaint was the hot water. I was cold from the rainy weather that I drove into, this in the morning I wished to have a hot shower, instead it was lukewarm, I was very disappointed. No mini frig in my room. Just one bottle of water in metal cup. I was disappointed in the amenities basket. My friends like to stay there and get out of the city, but I'm not sure I'll go back.
