I reside in the city of Decatur and we checked into the hotel due to a storm that knocked out our power. I was born and raised in Decatur the city has changed quite a bit over the years but I love it here.

Decatur is an old city with a lot of history. The downtown area is doing a good job of trying to revitalize itself!

Walked the trails in Fairview Park and our former neighborhoods to see our old homes.
There are many stores within walking distance of the hotel including a movie theater, it made my work trip feel almost like a vacation.
Appeared clean and neat in parts we saw. Park and amphitheater were impressive.
