I have been in several hotels and chain brands in the last 25 years and this one is definitely in the top 10 in my book. The Front desk experience was amazing. The breakfast was hot and fresh with a wide variety of things to eat. The rooms were clean and the towels and washcloths were all origami folded. The bed was soft, cozy, clean and comfortable. The temperature of the room room was great. I highly recommend staying here.

"Shower didn't work."

We got a phone call on 2/11/25, to be at Cherokee Nation Hospital for surgery at 5:30 am the next morning. Was given a antibacterial sponge to shower with before surgery. Got up at 4:00 am to shower, shower in room 116 doesn't work. $165 for one night with a non working shower. I would encourage the owner to spend one night in room 116 see how much sleep you get with the heater sounding like a rocket launch. Very disappointed.
