I called metropolis to book a room and the lady gave me a price of 387 for the night I said wow that's too much! She said we have other properties I can see who has availability so she asked what I was looking for I said hot tub and pool! So she hooked me up to you people I thought great! Well to find out there was no hot tub 😡the pool area had cold air coming from all the vents and it was freezing in that area, no towels available! I was just disappointed then to find out a fee of 56 dollars for the nice lady to hook us up with your propert No mention of a fee or this was a third party I called metropolis directly.
