One of my worst stays in a hotel by far. The air condition did not work in the first room that was given to us and on switching us to another room the lights were not working. There was no toilet paper, hand towel, nor face towel. No lotion, nor shampoo, nor a laundry bag to put the dirty clothes in. Were told of breakfast at the time of booking the hotel and on checking in we were informed that pots and pans would be provided and we need to cook our own breakfast buying the supplies ourselves. The attitude of the front clerks was not at all welcoming. Were also told if we were late in checking out ( which would have never happened in our case) that we would be charged a $60.00 fine. Honestly I have stayed at many hotels ranging from a three five star and never ever has one ever been unaccommodating to our needs. It was a good experience for us at this below standard hotel and will never ever make this mistake again. I do understand the situation of the time and the restrictions imposed but hospitality should not be compromised to the comfort of the guest.

Hotel requires a valid credit card on file upon check in for incidental charges or damages to guest rooms. If no valid credit card or guest is paying cash, a cash room deposit in the amount of 100USD per stay per room is collected. After satisfactory inspection at check out, room deposit will be refunded.
