All our staff members and external subcontractors are obliged to wear face masks with immediate effect. Housekeeping staff also have to wear disposable gloves. Increased cleaning of high-touch surfaces in the room. Until further notice, all flyers and brochures have to be removed from the rooms or disinfected after use. A corresponding cleaning protocol is constantly updated and compiled by our Quality Assurance department. Public bathrooms stay closed or must be cleaned and disinfected after each use.
