At Velocity in The Gulch, we have 63 apartments on the third floor, including Studio Suites, One Bedroom Suites, One Bedroom Suites + Den (1.5 Bath) and Two Bedroom Suites (2 Baths).With kitchens & living areas in every room, we give you more space to call home. The Guild is a nontraditional hotel – We run tech-enabled boutique hotels out of high-end apartment buildings. We provide all of the comforts of “home” with the amenities of a boutique hotel.Skip the front desk with virtual check-in and enjoy the unique offerings of a boutique hotel - Spa-grade amenities, fluffy towels, and quality service--alongside the usual comforts of home: in-room laundry, high-speed wifi, smart TVs, and an indoor gym.We use technology to provide personal experiences. The neighborhood is our front desk. On the day-of arrival, you will receive a text message with arrival information, your apartment assignment, and your unique code to access the building and the apartment. Use your smartphone to pre-stock your fridge and order “room service” via food delivery apps. We believe you shouldn't have to sacrifice your routine on the road. We've cut out the bellhops and other hotel gimmicks to give you more of what you want--with no markup. That means bigger rooms, more amenities, and better service for your buck. Velocity in The Gulch is in a trendy, walkable neighborhood, connected to the famous WhatLiftsYou Wings Mural and beside the infamous Biscuit Love. To get a different feel for Nashville, walk just half a mile to the legendary Broadway Street for all of the honky tonkin' and live music you can soak in.

We provide housekeeping service once per week for extended stays but do not do refreshes for shorter stays.
