As soon as I started to check in with the attendants at the front desk I was met with a bit of hostility regarding whether I would be staying in a “smoking” or “non smoking” room. The lady standing next to the attendant helping me started to argue with me stating that I booked a “smoking” room which I did not. I explained that there isn't even a choice on the website to which I received a scoff and general unprofessionalism from the attendant. After getting everything situated there I went up to my room and while checking the room out noticed that the whole floor in the bathroom was wet. I don't mean just cleaned wet but literal puddles of water on the floor one could easily have slipped and fell because of. Overall it was a horrible stay. I slept horribly and most likely will not use this hotel again.

We arrived to find the toilet already clogged, two of the lamps broken, the mini fridge was broken and the TV wouldn't work either. Then the bed collapsed during the night because they have two twin mattresses on a board that fell through. It was also dirty.

Great Price. Great Location. Great Staff. This property is located approx 79 miles from St. Louis, Missouri right off I44 at exit 208. Our staff takes pride in our clean, updated property. We have 59 rooms that include 21 double Queen rooms, 31 King Rooms, 2 suites and 4 handicapp single queen rooms and 1 handicapp double queen room. We have a heated, indoor pool to relax you from the road or let the kids have a little fun. We also have a fitness center for your convienence. We serve complementory coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the morning. Vending is available. We also have a meeting/banquet space that is available apon request.
