Thanks to Veronica, we were able to change our room, as the reservation had been made for two and there were three in our party. She was efficient and caring, pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, we were disappointed in the "fitness room", having a weight bench but no weights. This was an important part of our choice of this hotel. The room was nice and everything was clean.
