"Not thrilled with experience in hotel."

I am not usually a super critical person but there are some issues which should be corrected for the next occupant. The room seemed not to be fully cleaned and had a strong pungent smell upon entering which never fully dissipated. In addition, the water flow in the sink was very low. Upon awaking in the morning, I discovered the coffee maker was inoperative and leaking excessively which I reported to the front desk upon checking out. Lastly, upon opening one of the dresser drawers, I found a pizza box with pizza still in the container which evidently had been there quite a while due to the petrified condition of the pizza slices left inside the box. Of course I did not use this dresser. I have stayed at a La Quinta Inn in Tennessee numerous times and never encountered this degree of deficiencies. Thank you.

I live in Knoxville, Tennessee and I was in town for a funeral. This was one of the nicest and cleanest motels, I have ever had the privilege of staying in. Everything was perfect and it even smelled clean. My wife got sick during the night and they went above and beyond to find her some medicine to help her so she could sleep. five Stars! I would definitely recommend staying here whenever possible. I'll certainly be back again!

"Bad service no so clean."

I wont recommend this hotel. The personal at the front desk as no manners and their lack of education is evident for the way they treat the costumers. I ask for extra pillows and she said they din't have that each bed has three pillows. Yes thats right three very bad crapy pillows. I explain that my daughter with special need sleeps connected to a feeding pump and she needs to be elevated other wise she will vomit, her answer was then you need to cary you own pillows. what an answer. The service lady help me out and got me two pillows after listening about the vomiting. After traveling from florida to here 14hrs we just wanted to sleep, when we wake up we realized that the sink was clogged you can even see hair stuck in it. I went and complain of course it was late. Her first answer was no one had complain before me. that was fine before you got here, my answer was we got here went stray to sleep it was no us. Is the only place were we can wash our hands and us not working we have two kids, that room is not suppose to be use is not in condition. We left and that issue was not resolved the shower was clogged as well, water star raising when you use it, the smell in the room indicated is not been cleaned properly.. horrible hotel and terrible costumer care..

Whenever I'm visit Richmond, I make it a point to stay at the La Quinta Inn Midlothian. I was disappointed with this stay. Once checked in, we were given our room keys and the next night, our keys did not work. We had to go back down to the front desk to get our keys reset to unlock the door. The same thing happened on our second night. After spending half a day at the Virginia Fine Arts Museum, we made our way to our rooms (exhausted) and again, the room key did not allow the door open. This was an inconvenience lugging bags downstairs to get a room key reset.

My wife and I made reservations on line due to a medical appointment. Check in took about a minute with the showing of I.D. and driver's license. It was an early check in and a wheelchair accessible room. No problem. The coldest night of the season was nullified by a warm, toasty room. The two beds were comfortable; everything was apply supplied and clean. It was quiet even though in an excellent location. At 7:30 we went for breakfast to find a display of a buffet with a complete compliment of two kinds of eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles and wide variety of sweet buns and bagels. The staff proved very polite and attentive.

When I searched the reservation, I put in the dates I needed, what was actually was reserved was the same night I placed the reservation. I immediately called the company upon receiving the confirmation. They stuck by their “no cancellation” policy even when I just asked to change the dates to the ones I had searched. They refused to work with me. Terrible company!

"Lost electricity and was not given a discount."

The clerk at the front desk took way too long just for a simple check out. She just kept answering the phone. I'm not a complainer but this was ridiculous. The electricity went out in the morning and my alarm did not go off so I was late for a very important business meeting and had to shower in the dark. I am not happy with this visit.
