The Hotel along with The San Lorenzo Abbey and The San Lorenzo Farm, continues the Colella Family concept of 'Luxury Hospitality'. Built between Polignano a Mare at Castellana Grotte, it is situated ideally for tourists wishing to discover Puglia. Situated in a peaceful location on one side of a hill it enjoys breathtaking panoramic views over the entire Adriatic coast, surrounded by beautiful age old olive and fruit trees. Polignano a Mare is the gateway to the Itria Valley and we organize sightseeing tours to the most important towns such as Alberobello, Locorotondo, Castellana Grotte, Martina Franca, Cisternino, Fasano and Ostuni. San Lorenzo is a Boutique Hotel, furnished by fusing a modern style with Rustic Chic, put together through the skill of our talented Interior Designers. Each floor of the hotel has been named after traditional Puglian trees, which characterize our environment, 'Mandorlo' - Almond, 'Carrubo' - Carob and 'Ulivo' Olive.In keeping with our sustainable lifestyle mantra, above each bed there is an installation of Stabilized Moss which shows the name of the floor. To enhance your stay we have our own SPA (SENSO SPA), with heated outdoor pool, which we are sure will give you a sense of relaxation, more energy and an amazing sensorial experience. The Hotel's Restaurant 'Sand Veit' takes its name from the local dialect word for Polignano a Mare and is dedicated to 'San Vito Martire' the Patron Saint of the town.It offers both Continental International breakfasts, lunch and dinner using the organic produce from the hotel's own farm, providing our guests a truly unique taste of Puglia.Furthermore there is wonderful walled garden, with a well kept lawn, and wooden pergolas covered in vines, the perfect place to relax.
