I recently booked a room for myself and my cat. I was assured on the phone that the hotel took cats. On the day I was eacaping my abusive husband I arrived exhauated at the hotel ready to finally relax and breathe I was told they don't accept cats. I had to drive on. Your booking agency lied to me. The hotel next door said this happens a lot. They did not take cats either. I will never stay at another best western.
