Shower door in the bathroom leaked Jan water was all over on the floor before we realized it we called Maintenance they did come up and fix it pretty quick but then we found out that the water was still running out underneath the shower door onto the floor which was very dangerous and slippery. Rooms wallpaper and color schemes are kind of dated and then bathroom was shower was a little outdated or just not clean. Went to the restaurant downstairs food was a little high for the quality and the amount of food but service was polite. Your card he stopped working after the first day on a two day stay where to go back down and get those re configured. Front desk people kept getting better as a stay programs progressed but first guy wasn't quite as good. Parking lot didn't quite have enough parking spots close and it was pretty rough parking lot. We are hoping for a better view out our window and all we saw was the roof of the building next to us. The hot tub was really good one of the best parts of our stay and it was a little dirty we first got there. TV was a little bit small for the size of the room and the bed was not soft and kind a hard to sleep on and woke up the second day with a sore back. Building location was close to everything that we had planned to travel to. Wife said the hairdryer freaking rocked. The sanitation wipes were not refilled on our floor when we told the front clerk on Thursday night when we left on Saturday it was still empty.

complaints The restaurant wasn't open until 5pm. When you check in at 3, you should be able eat at 3. Our room was cleaned but they never took the food trays with them. Not enough menu options for a hotel that is linked to a kid's team organization.
