The hotel is clean, the rooms are really nice, This is the best casino in Blackhawk / Central City. It reminds you of best casinos in Vegas. The employees are all happy and very nice. We only ate at the 24/7 Restaurant and ate the Smash Burger and it was so good. We also ate breakfast there twice and it was really good. We had good luck on a couple games on the first day but after that things went flat. Looser machines would keep us coming back.

Getting a frank is another story. You could wait thirty minutes before you got the drink you order.The food court that served hamburgers etc. Was great but the manager was unbelievable. My hat off to her.

The decor and atmosphere of Monarch hotel and spa is absolutely breathtaking! Everywhere you turn there is another aesthetic appeal. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious and comfortable. The spa was amazing through and through. The massage was one of the best I've ever had and the spa amenities are luxurious and relaxing! I will be back for the spa again! The hotel and spa were wonderful!
