Lincoln Motel was very uncomfortable and dirty.. We paid for five day stay in advance with HotelPlanner and tried to check out after the second day. Bed sheet did not even cover the entire mattress, which was disgusting. Only one blanket which was torn and dirty like the bed spread. Heater in the room never worked and bed was so. uncomfortable we could not sleep. Tried everyday of our stay to contact Hotelplanner and only one time did we speak to anyone. Miriam took our call and promised someone would call us back in an hour after an “investigator” could research our reservation. NO call back.I have called every day since and have been disconnected each time after waiting on hold for 15 minutes or more due to an “Application error”. We finally found another hotel and checked out two days early. Hotel manager said HotelPlanner never contacted them to cancel our reservation. We are very, very disappointed with the lack of customer service with HotelPlanner and we are going to demand to be reimbursed for the two days that we would no longer stay there. I hope someone from Hotel planner reads this review but based on their horrible customer service I imagine I will have to contact better business bureau or file file a complaint on yelp. The whole experience was unsatisfactory.
