Front desk lied and said we're inspecting your room. It was 3:45 at 3:55 I ask Joe long it took to inspect a room. Finally got into a down grader room around 4:00 Mgr tried to make it right I appreaciate that but lying about room inspection not right.

Our stay at Hotel Vin was amazing. Our room/bed was very comfortable. Bastin (valet) was friendly every time we got or returned our car. Christmas at Hotel Vin is a child's dream come true! Decorations were absolutely amazing! Room service, server and food was amazing! We'll be back!
