Property Description
We are off I-77 and less than a mile from the shores of Lake Norman. The Sun Up Cafe and Novanta 90 Pizzeria Napoletana are less than a mile away and the All Seasons Marina and Boat Yard is six miles away. We are a great option when visiting family or friends at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center which is three miles away.Choose from exciting exotic animal encounters, slow Lake Norman cruises on a river boat, whipping around in a go-kart at a world-class Motorplex, or chilling out with a locally brewed craft beer. Oh, and of course…NASCAR dominates the racing scene here in “Race City USA”, with plenty of race teams and auto museums to visit. Just 20 minutes from Statesville, Troutman, Jetton Park and Lake Norman National State Park.
