The hotel was clean and the staff was nice and professional. Especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which had a wide variety to choose from and loved the personal notes left on the tables telling us the waitress' name and the weather for the day and offering help if needed. Can't remember her name but she was the highlight of the visit and very helpful.

All was great at the hotel. Booking, typed in holiday inn express, brecksville in google. First up exactly that. Thought I had them, not so I had Expedia. They charged me $40 more than holiday inn would have. Blame google for this and me.
