Janet, the manager, was so accommodating to my family's needs. She was exceptionally helpful, caring and quick to get things done. I'm so grateful. The hotel is very clean, with so many amenities and the staff is so friendly. There are mountain views and a comfortable, sociable lobby. We feel like we have a home away from home whenever we return to this hotel.

We had a short two night stay at Tru while in Asheville on business. Check in was quick, the staff at the desk (Perla) was friendly, greeted us, got us in our room quickly with no issue. The room was clean and the hotel was pretty quiet even though it was close to capacity on Saturday night. We would definitely stay here on future trips.

- We are located off State Highway 70 outside of Asheville NC. The Western North Carolina Nature Center is a seven-minute car ride from our front door or take an extra minute to tee off at Ashville Municipal Golf Course. See the beauty of the region with a drive along Blue Ridge Parkway four miles away. Our heated outdoor pool provides a relaxing swim.
