This hotel was a breath of fresh air! At a time when most hotels are understaffed and service levels are terrible, the entire staff at this hotel was cheerful, friendly and efficient. Everyone we spoke to from the front desk, to housekeeping and food service, was equally courteous. The hotel is under renovation so it's not fair to comment on the facilities but the staff is amazing. Bravo!

Our Gallery is a warm and open area that features a self-registration kiosk, an intimate coffee and wine cafe, a TV den and an e-room with free access to public computer and printer. Guests at Hyatt Place may purchase signature hotel breakfast entrees along with Starbucks specialty coffees or enjoy a free continental breakfast.
