TownePlace Suites has been around since 1997. We are an all suites hotel. With many different types of suites. We have a double queen suite, with a full kitchen table. A king suite with a pullout sofa. A one bedroom suite with a queen bed and a pullout sofa. All suites have full kitchens, with either a full oven, or stove top burner, full size fridge, and dishwasher. We are located right off of M6 on Broadmoor. We have a 280 square foot meeting room. An indoor pool open all year long. A 24 hour fitness center. We are a short drive from Downtown Grand Rapids. And only 5-10 minutes away from Gerald R. Airport. Details / Other Expenses

We have housekeepers available everyday. During daytime hours. Due to Covid-19 we have some new policies. We ask all guests to wear masks at all times, unless you are in your hotel rooms. We have floor decals stating our 6 foot away policy, and showing guests and employees where to stand. There is hand sanitizer on each floor.
