Dennis made us feel welcome and at home during check in. He is a nice, well spoken and sincerely friendly young man. Jennifer helped us during our stay and assisting with our day early check out,. My wife was discharged a day ahead of schedule from BEEBE Specialty Surgical Center. Jennifer went above and beyond accommodating the need to keep our small dog in the room for an hour after check out so I could drive to pick up my wife. I was a nervous wreck and she relieved much of the stress. The Suite was IMMACULATE, Well Provisioned with coffee, tea and hot chocolate. The mattress was amazing. Housekeeping supplied everything one would need for a home like stay: Pots, Pans, Dishes Utensils. The walk in shower was also a big plus. Surprisingly the television grettedme when we entered the room with a welcome message with my name on the screen. It doesn't seem like much but in today's world it is nice to be acknowledged by name. The complimentary breakfasts were well thought out, presented and enjoyable. Thanks again to Dennis and Jennifer. You made a trying experience enjoyable ! A Belated Happy New Year !

I have Stayed at this hotel several times now. The staff is friendly and efficient. The facility is clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast provided is adequate.
