I will be reversing the charges as I contest that the property shown on line was very miss represented. We did not stay there we drove to another more suitable and respectful looking hotel out of you system.

It was clean but extremely worn down. The clothes rack was broken and so was the curtain rod to the window. It literally fell off when I pulled the wand to open the curtains. The carpet to the bathroom was torn up. Just looked ghetto and old. But it was clean. The owners and staff seemed nice. The hot water wasn't that hot and it didn't stay hot very long either. I forgot to mention that.

I was looking to book an affordable hotel room for a last minute trip to Indianapolis. I won't spend too much time bashing the hotel. Although it is located in an underfunded neighborhood, there is no excuse for rooms being unclean.

This is the worse place I have ever stayed at. First I was to get a ground floor room when I made the reservation. When I got there they had to have two different ID's, then I had to pay more, when I got the room, there was someone already in my room. I wound up on the second floor, my husband has a heart condition, so that is the reason for the ground floor. The key wouldn't work, so I had to go back two times. When I was checking out, I forgot my car keys and when I went back the woman made sure she let me know it was 11 o'clock. She acted like she was in a hurry for me to get out. She was very rude. I would never and will never stay there again. They are very rude and I would advise everyone to never stay there.
