They took my money for a room they knew had not been available. I called and asked if the motel was open because we've had power outages due to hurricane. He advised the motel was open. I got there and motel was not open. Workers confirmed the motel had been closed for three days and nights. I'm not sure why Wyndham made the reservation and took my money knowing that specific hotel had been closed and was still closed.
