Staff stayed late for my late check in which was great. And I had an end room on the second floor which was nice. No elevator. The hallways smelled like urine and smoke. My room had spiders and water damage on the ceiling. They didn't replace my towels when they took them to be washed. I wouldn't see out the windows they were so dirty.
