This hotel was terrible. Our room was not cleaned, our beds were not changed until the 3rd day when we asked and we had to change ourselves. We had to take our dirty linens in order to get new linens. Breakfast was free but there was only cereal, toast and muffins. Coffee the first day was empty.

Was not able to obtain birth certificate to get on my cruise so I did not attempt to drive to Galveston a d stay at my favorite hotel. Paid lowest price wheither weather I canceled or not.
