Pool: It was too small. There were no steps going into the pool(I needed those steps due to knee issues). Hottub was too small as well. My son and I were at the pool Friday afternoon and when we returned to our room, there was a Maintenance male in our bathroom, fixing a leaky toilet. This should have been done prior to Us checking into our room. That maintenence personal should have been given tje information that we already checked into our room. We have personal items our room and something could have been taken during this time. The desk clerks did not know how to deal with this situation. We will not be visiting this Holiday Inn Express ever again. The room itself was fine. This experience was not worth the money spent.
