When I went to check in they gave my reservation to someone else it took forever to find another room. When I woke up in the morning to leave there was a van in front of the door and ice everywhere. Trying to get my mom in the car she slipped on the ice and fell. No one was around to help or even ask if we where okay.

The room was okay. Bug in bathroom light and on floor. Hallway had bucket to catch water from ceiling. The pool had missing tiles but was clean! The breakfast in the morning A +! The receptionist people—meh. All and all would stay again ONLY for the pool!
