No full length mirror, coffee grinds holder wasnt compatible, could not make coffee, even after we told the front desk, got no assistance. No hand bar nor mats in tub to prevent a fall. These concerns needed to be addressed. Plenty of wall space for a full length mirror to be installed. Room #219.

EVERYTHING WAS GOOD EXCEPT THE A/C WASN'T COOLING. THIS MADE THE NIGHT VERY MISERABLE AND DIDN'T SLEEP MUCH. I DIDN'T BOTHER WITH CALLING THE DESK BECAUSE I KNEW THEIR WERE ALOT PEOPLE DISPLACED FROM THE HURRICANE.

The folks at the desk were wonderful, knowledgeable and generous. Tthe place seems a little rundown, although I accidentally took the elevator to the 3rd floor and saw that they are remodeling. I have always loved the breakfast buffet.I understand why it is not offered but sure missed it. You guys tried : ) but the bag breakfast was just not the same.

I know they are doing this to make it look better, but I would have liked to know there was construction going on to decide myself if I wanted to still stay there. Rooms were muggy and probably because of the plastic covering on the windows and vents. They also lacked in cleanliness and I had no towels, which I realized after I was already done showering. Bottom line. I would have liked to know I'd be staying at a construction zone.
