I have stayed at Microtel in the past with a great experience but it has been two years since that time. I was very disappointed in this recent stay. Check out is at 11 am, which is fine but when I got up at 10 am and there was no hot water for my daughter and I to take a shower. It took 45 mins to get any hot water. My daughter had a luke warm shower and I just was able to wash my hair before we had to check out. The rooms was clean and comfortable. LW.
