To begin with, in order to make a reservation, I had to deal with a third party company who clearly had no idea of the available facilities in the hotel they were booking. Cost me $14.95 for a serving of false information I am a wheel chair person who was assured that your hotel had rooms fully attuned to the needs of a disabled person. WRONG. The room itself was so small and cramped my partner had to re arrange the furniture before I could barely get around. I was assured there would be a bathing chair in the bathroom. WRONG. No bath chair. Access to the shower was impossible as the rim of the tub was too high. The bathtub was clearly NOT designed for the disabled. Only one of the two bars necessary to use the very low toilet, again clearly not designed for the disabled, was in place, which meant I had to have assistance to use the bathroom without falling. A very stressful experience. Then there was the towel rack, which fell apart when a pair of towels was placed on it. The fact that this room was advertised as being completely disabled friendly is appalling and you should be ashamed of yourselves. I feel it is my duty to post this to my Facebook page to warn others in the disabled community. I also feel I should be compensated for my problems at your hotel. Sincerely Lenny Stoute.
