This property is a budget oriented hotel designed for the extended stay guest. Staying at Airport Value Inn & Suites in Colorado Springs, guests will be near the Airport and minutes from Peterson Air Force Base. The hotel is within the region of Colorado Springs City Auditorium and University of Colorado-Colorado Springs. Make yourself at home in one of the 89 air-conditioned rooms featuring kitchenettes with refrigerators and microwaves and coffee/tea makers. Cable television is provided for the guest entertainment. Bathrooms have shower/tub combinations and hair dryers. Conveniences include complimentary newspapers, and housekeeping is provided daily. Other recreation opportunities such as a fitness facility is available on property. Other amenities include complimentary wireless Internet access and a television in the lobby. A complimentary hot/cold buffet breakfast is included. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and a 24-hour front desk and free parking onsite. Rooms are either equipped with 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds or 1 Bedroom Suites; each room has Free Wireless Internet. The hotel's parking area could use a face lift. It is a great location in Colorado Springs with comfortable rooms and great prices for our long term stay guests.

The place need serious renovation. It was very uncomfortable staying there with family. Its good the rooms are smoke free but renovation is required if they want to attract more customers. I will not recommend the place for the price.
