The stay was great overall BUT at the time when I made my reservation I feel that I should have been told that the pool was out of order for our stay. That was one of the features that I looked for when booking. I even called the hotel directly, not a third party and I still was not told this. We were very disappointed when we checked in and it was too late for us to go elsewhere.
