Room configuration (customizable from theater to banquet style) – podium, HDMI cable, dry erase board, flip chart, Bluetooth technology speaker system, 2 cordless microphones, extension cords, surge protectors, hand sanitizers, & 2 exit doors.3. Conference style wood tables (can be placed together to make a banquet style set up).4. Comfortable blue chairs5. High top cocktail tables.6. Linens available - black or white.7. Carpeted space, fridge in room to utilize, and blinds to fit your needs (sheer & room darkening).8. 4 HDTV's (75” and 55”) – laptop compatible for all presentation needs & can show single or multiple presentations at once.9. Complimentary wi-fi.10. AV system – newest technology - personal laptops, projector, portable screens, USB, extra HDMI cables, can be brought in for each TV.11. Restrooms and filtered water bottle fillers outside the room.12. Catering and liquor packages available with attendant on-site for the event13. Ample parking with beautiful serene views of the prairie, and walking path.14. Located in a quiet and clean area.1. Full day rental: $1500 + 13% tax includes everything (Av system, linens, podium, all tv’s, regular and cocktail style tables, chairs, Bluetooth technology and tv’s access, extension cords, easels, attendant on site). Electronic welcome sign and event schedule can be placed on display for the attendees.2. Half day rental: (6-7 hrs. given): $750 + tax, includes white or black linens, tables, chairs, cocktail tables. (additional charges apply for AV and outside food/beverages). 3. Hourly rental: for a 3-4 hr. event, $350-450 + tax, conference tables with wood top 5 3/8’ x 1 1/2’, brand new chairs. (Av system is $250, linens are $4 each, Attendant on site is $40/hr., coffee carafe $40 each). Can bring in own decor, tablecloths, etc. and must include décor/cleanup time. (min. 4 hr. rental May-Sept.)Catering / Liquor packages available upon request - (customizable). Outside catering allowed (additional $250).
