I'm not even sure where to start. because usually I would not leave a review of a place but this one needs it so that others don't waste their money! When we first arrived at the hotel from outside it looked like it was going to be a nice place ! When we first walked in for check in the entire place smelled musty. the elevator just didn't sound right (it broke down the second day we were there) which made us have to use the stairs where throw up had been in the same spot for weeks ! The rooms had a mildew/musty odor to them and the floors were absolutely disgusting. The drink machines didn't work on the second floor and the the snack machine on the main floor had a couple bags of chips and that was it. The breakfast was VERY minimum. cereal, toast, mini muffins, mini bagels (hard enough to break your teeth) and powdered eggs. the one thing we did get to eat was the waffles that we made ourselves. We were there for a baseball tournament so we needed to wash uniforms and the dryer didn't work so the sweet lady who washes towels and sheets all day would dry stuff for us. Her and the house keeping lady on the second floor were the only two in that place that were genuinely nice to us and our kids ! Room keys constantly had to be reset because they would deactivate every morning apparently so we would get locked out of the back, side and room doors. We had friends who's TVs wouldn't work, air conditioning went out and the staff actually hated having to move them to another room because it just too much hassle! SERIOUSLY we should have just gotten our money back and went somewhere else but due to it being a big weekend all the hotels were booked up ! We definitely will not be back to this hotel that once was a nice hotel from what we were told. What really surprised us about all of this. this hotel is a Wyndham and usually those are some of the nicest places to stay. they really need to look into getting better management and a complete facelift!
