"Many Issues"
Overall Score2.0/ 5
I stayed at this hotel three years ago and the experience was MUCH better. We called for a comforter and was told they were all being used, the ptac unit did not heat up the room well at all and my wife was cold all night and did not get much sleep. We requested additional towels and they never showed. The toilet seat was loose and unstable. The door closer's were not adjusted properly and the doors slammed shut, a safety hazard. We could hear doors slamming all night. Bert.

"Yes, construction, but great stay!"
Overall Score5.0/ 5
Ok, I was concerned with the reviews about the construction and people complaining. I was in for a short stay to retrieve my new rescue pup, so I said to myself to just suck it up. However, upon my arrival, the staff was excellent and offered me a king on the 15th floor. The rooms up high must have already accomplished the better part of the upgrades, since my room was furnished nicely with the desk, large king, sitting chair, built in storage wall unit. I was not expecting there to be a nice size refrigerator and keurig coffee machine. The huge flat screen TV was brilliant. Also, unexpected. The pillows were super comfy and plush. I can't say I had one negative experience. Breakfast was from 6:30 9:30 am on the 2nd floor and the staff were so pleasant, I felt at home. The breakfast was not simply coffee and toast, but scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, cereal, fruits, muffins and more! Also, an unexpected surprise. So, I'm all honesty, I would offer this hotel a five star on comfort, pleasant staff and affordability. $86 a night, seriously, you can't beat it! So, to the ones reading this review, please look past the immediate first impression of this hotel since construction is still going on, but mostly in the lobby, which you can look past. When it is completed, this establishment will be kick ass.

"Sub par stay. No early check in. No extra pull out."
Overall Score2.0/ 5
Paid for free breakfast as part of my reservation. Come to find out it was already free to begin with. Reserved with early check in and called to confirm but still couldn't early check in. Breakfast pancakes either took too long, were too small, or the machine was just broken. Reserved for an extra pull out but because it was unsafe in the room they booked me in, one person had to sleep on the floor.I wasn't notified until after it was too late. I didn't plan on using it but, the pool look like it had been closed for quite a while for those who care. The beds were comfy though and there was near by parking so I guess that's a plus.
(Individual traveler, booked 1 room), from US flag
27-Aug-2019 Verified Review, stayed from Sat Aug 24 to Sun Aug 25 2019 at a $239.00 average nightly rate.
"Dissappointed in the quality of the facility."
Overall Score2.0/ 5
Arrived at our floor from the elevator to find construction mess in the hallways without being forwarned by the front desk. After being in the room an hour or two we decided to dead bolt and lock the room for the night. We finally got the dead bolt latched due to misaligned hard ware and then noticed the flip over lock was broken. The bathroom door was a makeshift sliding door with a barn door type set of rollers. Had we have noticed the problems right away we would have asked for another room.

08-Jul-2019 Verified Review, stayed from Fri Jul 05 to Sat Jul 06 2019 at a $131.84 average nightly rate.
