We've stayed in this specific hotel in the last three months and were very satisfied, however, THIS time last night, it was not as clean, entry/bathroom floors were dirty and the sheets were VERY wrinkled and did not feel clean, plus the room had an “unclean odor “, not sure the difference, but very disappointed.
