The room was very clean when we arrived, there was a good size crack in the lower part of the door, there was know hand rails in the bathroom for you to hold on too when getting in and out of shower. I almost slipped and failed in the tub. My husband and I are in our late 70's. The down stairs was perfect for us. Randy, the maintenance man was very helpful when our key did not work. Very very friendly and nice.
