Very clean hotel, plank flooring, no pet smell, and pet fee wasn't too pricey. We got the two queen bed, still plenty of room to set up a dog crate for our 68 lb dog. Was able to secure a 1st floor room, easy access to dog walking area that includes 'poop' bag station. Breakfast is good, especially the scrambled eggs and was the best I've ever tasted! Pretty setting/grounds but no restaurants close by. Would still stay here again. Very quiet, no expressway noise.

While the rooms were reasonably clean, the hallways looked as if they hadn't seen a vacuum in a week. The staff were friendly and the coffee was hot so definitely points there. I think this is a fairly new hotel but some of the workmanship in the rooms made it look as if the hotel was several years old.
