This was my first time staying an AC. I like the concept of simple design. Unfortunately I was disappointed with a few things. The towels are poor quality: scratchy and very thin. The floor in the shower was either dirty or stained and the toilet seat was loose and didn't fit the square toilet properly. The bed side table was dirty. The $39 parking fee and valet parking is ridiculous. My car was parked in an open lot 50 feet from the front door. Overall experience was not great but not awful.
