Hyatt has provided new staff PPE and cleaning guidelines for all areas. In the guest rooms we now disinfect everything that is cleaned with a new recommended disinfectant and we have increased the cleaning to include all surfaces a guest may come into contact with. All occupied rooms are cleaned on the 3rd day of a guests’ stay to limit the exposer of guests and room attendants. Guest rooms are cleaned every third day and whenever a guest departs. Guest may also request room cleaning any day of the week in addition to every third day. Public areas are cleaned hourly with recommended disinfectant. We have hand sanitizer at the front desk, public restrooms and the elevator landings. All staff are required to wear a mask at all times and room attendants will wear gloves in addition to a mask or face shield.
