The room was fine. The real standout of my stay was the front desk man named Richard. I had an ankle injury and he could not have been more kind and helpful. The morning after I checked in, which was quite late, he had brought a crutch in from his home to offer me to help with my mobility. Oh my gosh, who does that? So bottom line, Richard was the highlight of my stay at Tru!
