The night I checked in, Wednesday, July 10th, I could tell right off the bat there were little pieces of trash, like straw rappers on the floor so I know the floor wasn't swept. I found hair that was not mine on the sheets when I pulled the sheets back. There was a nasty brown rag under the bathroom counter. I mean it was gross! I asked Thursday morning to have the room cleaned and change the sheets. They did nothing but empty the trash and make the bed. I knew they didn't change the sheets because the nasty towel was still under the counter and the room was not swept, so I'm sure all they did was empty trash and make the bed. I asked again Friday morning. Got in the room Friday night and saw they did NOTHING again! The nasty rag was still in the bathroom, the trash was full, my bed was exactly like I left it, unmade and still small pieces of trash here and there. I just had a hip replacement and when I checked in I was on the 3rd floor and informed the elevator was out!! I got a little good luck as I had five bags and five shirts on a hanger and the clerk on duty that night was kind enough to carry everything up the two flights of stairs for me. That was the only good part of the entire stay! I stayed here twice in early 2019 for a week each time and had no problems, but it has gotten really bad! I will never stay here again! Thank goodness I was only here for three! Would never recommended staying here. Filthy!!
