"Fun Experience"

The theme is fun and inviting, exciting for kids. The shower water pressure is really good. There are a lot of activities so it's difficult to experience all there is when you also have plans away from the hotel. Most team members are friendly. Characters are fun to meet and get photos with. We met Ben 10 and buttercup.

My family and I had a great time at the hotel. The room was cute and the kids enjoyed the pool areas. Recommendations would be to have hand sanitizer available. Also, even though the hotel is cashless, the laundry facilities were not so bring quarters if planning on doing laundry. Also, Friday night we had a pleasant interaction with one gentleman in charge of turning off the fire pits. He came over to each group and gave us a 15 minute warning but on Saturday night a different man came over and just turned off the fire pits without any acknowledgment or any words. The breakfast on Saturday morning had no fruit available and on Sunday brownies were available? Other than that, we still had a great time. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do while we were in the area. Will go back again!

"Brook and Beana make the experience!"

We visited on July one for our grandson's birthday! Luckily on check in we encountered Brook! My husband and I are handicapped. Brook was wonderful with our room accommodations and using the elevator! Kudos Brook! Later that evening wewere eating dinner at the Cartoon Kitchen when the fire alarm went off! Everyone was evacuated and we encountered Beana! She is the greatest! She offered to get my husband a chair because he wears a leg brace! When the fire department arrived she informed the firefighters there was a birthday boy! They took him on the fire trucks and he was one happy boy! He searched for the characters on the map but could not find one tricky one! Beana played hot and cold until he found his favorite character Jake! When she pinned the badge on him his smile could not have gotten any bigger! We went for breakfast and the itinerary said characters from 830 930 but none showed up! As we were checking out Beana asked him who his favorite character was! It was Jake! A few minutes later Jake showed up and gave him a giant hug! This made his day and he said I've been waiting a long time for this! Thank you Beana for making this such a wonderful birthday for him! She is an angel! We visited last year no characters and no wonderful people. Keep Brook and Beana! I saw them helping other guests and being just as wonderful to them! Again Thank you Brook and Beana for making this such an enjoyable vacation! The Mendel family!
