The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was great! Coffee and breakfast was good.
I checked in yesterday and from the time I got here I felt welcome. The Assistant Manager Ms. Williams went out of her way to address an issue I had that was not the fault of the hotel and has been super hospitable and making me “comfortable”. I have watched how she has assisted other customers all day, as I was working in the dining room and one after the other she was pleasant, offering amenities as well as showing customers how they could assist them with future stays and signing up for the app. I'm assuming these may be goals she's trying to meet but she did so not as a pressure but as genuinely trying to meet their needs and simplify their stay. She needs a raise/promotion because you can see how the staff follows her lead as she has created a culture of service.
I live in Olive Branch and had a sewer stoppage and could not use my toilets. They were able to get me a room early in the day and rescued me. I had no complaints at all. Everything was great.
