We booked our hotel stay because we were told our room was a two room suite with each having a king size bed there. We were looking for this type of accommodation due to family visiting us from Canada and were disabled and needing our care. Kevin at the front desk stated there was no room such as that and then turned us away. He stated the hotel was booked with not even single rooms available. I am sadly disappointed in Embassy Suites as I really liked to stay in Embassy Suites whenever I travel. I have been telling friends and family how we were lied to when booking the room, which would have cost about $260/night and we had booked for three nights due to the Rugby Sevens games in Carson, California. I wish I could speak to someone about this terrible, terrible not to mention, embarrassing situation. 916 585 2177.

We stayed during the epidemic virus shutdown, booked here because of all the amenities they promise on their website, nowhere in there does it say that everything is shutdown and no bar is offered and the breakfast is a stale box of dog food they give you yet we still pay full price for our stay and on top they charge $44 a day for parking at their own parking lot even tho they don't post that either. . room was full of dirty little finds behind things and the pool area looks like it's full of diseases anyways without the corona ! Hot tub was green and full of floating hair and other debris and when checking in I specifically asked if these are two bedrooms and he said yes, it's not two separate bedrooms it's two rooms a living room and a bedroom with the bathroom so if you want privacy that's out the question. . housekeeping was amazing! All staff was always friendly tho but expected a lot more from here and the reviews.

The bowl that were used for the breakfast buffet were dirty. I was expecting the bathroom to be outside the masters bedroom so I can have privacy from my kids. Parking is soooooo expensive! $44 dollars! Room was dirty when we first came in.

Loved everything there. The restaurant service was super slow. It took approximately one hour to get our food. I only realized this bc my small children were the ones who were very hungry. Their complaining make me notice the time. Next time we are eating somewhere else but staying there.
